How to prepare mocha roll.?


Ingredients.


3 eggs.

2/3 cup sugar.

2 tablespoons cold coffee, very strong.

1/3 cup cornstarch2 tablespoons cocoa.

1 tablespoon baking powder


filling.

1 ½ cups very cold heavy cream.

¾ cup powdered sugar.

¼ cup cocoa.

2 teaspoons instant coffeePreparation.vanilla cuchararitaitems in sliced almonds

1. beat eggs and sugar until light colored and fluffy. add coffee. combines the cornflour, cocoa and baking powder and ciérnalos on previous preparation. stir gently to combine.

2.engrace a shallow rectangular pan, crúbalo enclosed paper, grease and flour. pour the mixture evenly and bring distrubuyala by preheated oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven invert the pan on a wet wipe grease remove the paper and rolling it along.

3.For conbined make the filling ingredients in a medium bowl and beat with mixer until the mixture forms stiff peaks. unrolling the roll, extend the half cream, roll up again and cover the top with the remaining cream. sprinkle with almonds and refrigerate.
